Ingredient List:
2 cans of tuna in water, drained
1 ripe avocado, diced
1 ripe mango, diced
1/4 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 red onion, finely diced
1 lime, zest and juice
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 head of iceberg or butter lettuce, leaves separated
Preparation Steps:
In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, diced avocado, diced mango, chopped cilantro, and diced red onion.
